"When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change"
Wayne Dyer

I help people who are ready to make big changes in their lives. No matter your stage of life, or your age, it is never too late to live the life of your dreams.

I help ambitious, driven people, who feel a bit lost, to find a new, joyful direction.

-    Do you feel you’re at a crossroads and not sure which road to take?

-    Do you know more is out there for you? Yes, you’re driven, but have you started to question whether you’re driving in the right direction?

I am an ACC ICF accredited life coach and I can help you solve these puzzles. I was trained by Lydia Kimmerling, Happiness Explorer, Master Life Coach on the ‘Become A Coach’ course.

I worked half of my life in media, publishing, shopper marketing, and in data driven companies. I’ve run large teams with huge revenue targets for companies such as Tesco, which is where I spent the longest time. Tesco is also the one you will have heard of; I won’t list the rest here.

I excelled, not only because I’m conscientious, ambitious, and driven (like the people I help!) but because when I set my mind to do something, it always gets done.

And I enjoyed most of it, but it didn’t feel like my life purpose. I worked very hard, but didn’t necessarily feel fulfilled. A lot of the time it felt like I was going into battle each day.

Sound familiar?

What I know to be true is that it is never too late to make a change. Or several changes, for that matter. It can come in the form of a massive life shift. Or it can come in the form of small incremental changes that inevitably leads you to a completely different destination. A ship only needs to turn by one degree to end up at a different place.

Are you at your ‘sliding doors’ moment?

Coaching helped me identify my true passion and helped me understand that I could make a career out of my innate skills.

I started to view a lifetime of reading self-help books as something purposeful, something with meaning.

In 2018 I began the joyful process of turning my life around, of changing my ship’s course.

I embarked upon the twelve steps of recovery, which I use as the basis of my coaching. I have been free from alcohol for over four years now and I have become so happy that I don’t even want to drink any more. It is complete emotional freedom and it’s beautiful. Life gets better every day.

I am a recovering people pleaser / perfectionist / over-thinker / worrier. I have learned to tap into my intuition and start to trust myself. From worrier to warrior via the twelve steps of recovery.

I sometimes use tarot cards, not to predict the future but to unlock deeper layers of intuition. I believe in magic and miracles, in that, there is magic in the everyday and there are miracles in a change of perspective. As the late Wayne Dyer said, ‘When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change’.

As your coach, I would love to take you on this journey.

I can help you tap into your inner tuition, your inner warrior. I believe there is no such thing as being oversensitive, I believe there is power into tapping into those sensitivities and using them to grow and thrive.

Working on your thinking patterns and belief systems will help you to unlock your true potential.

I believe happiness is a choice. I believe love is a choice. You are just a few different decisions away from a happier, more fulfilled life.

I used to drown out my emotions – now I know they are my super-power.

A few facts:

  • I was born under the sign of Cancer with Cancer rising and a Virgo moon. I am fascinated by what our astrological birth charts can tell us about ourselves. I am obsessed with the ever-changing cycles of the moon and what she can teach us.

  • I am an ENFJ Myers Briggs personality type, which is the same as Oprah, apparently, and makes me a great coach.

  • I have a degree in English Literature and Media Studies.
